Princeton New Jersey – Brady Millican,  a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in the clinical diagnostic and CDMO industry, has joined PSG Life Sciences, the leader in fractional life sciences commercialization services, as the new Practice Leader for Clinical and Research Diagnostics. In this role, Brady will lead the practice’s growth and expansion efforts, manage key client relationships, and oversee the delivery of high-quality consulting services.

Prior to joining PSG Life Sciences, Brady held several senior leadership roles at start-ups through mature enterprises spanning sales, marketing, business development, and operations. Throughout his career, he has delivered results across a wide range of issues associated with disruptive technology introduction into the diagnostic ecosystem, including the introduction of esoteric testing to the practicing physician as well as building independent labs with LDTs. He is known for his strategic thinking, strong client relationships, and ability to drive results.

Brady holds a BA from Washington and Lee University. He is based in Lakeland FL, where he enjoys golf, fishing, biking, and tennis.
